Text suggestions

With a pass active, typing and deleting are tracked proposals rather than direct edits to the document.

• Text you insert shows with an emerald underline.
• Text you delete stays visible with a ruby strikethrough until it's accepted.

Hover any suggestion to see who made it and when. You can cleanly remove your own just-typed insertions with Backspace; deleting anyone else's text marks it as a proposed deletion instead.
