In Draft Mode, spelling and grammar issues underline as you type.

• A red wavy underline marks a spelling issue.
• A blue wavy underline marks a grammar issue.

Toggle it with View ▸ Check Spelling (on by default). It's a view-layer aid; it never changes your document, export, or print.
