Spelling & Grammar check

This is a guided walkthrough of every issue in the document, one at a time.

  1. Press F7 (or Tools ▸ Spelling & Grammar in Review Mode).
  2. For each issue, read the excerpt with the word underlined on the page. Pick a suggestion chip, or edit the Replace box and press Enter.
  3. Use Skip, Skip All, or Add to Dictionary as needed.
Note

As an owner, fixes apply directly. As an editor with an active pass, each fix becomes a tracked suggestion for the owner to accept.
